Incomplete instruction

The app didnt provide a complete instruction. I always having problems on the preparation of raw salmon. I was hoping the app shows step by step instruction on all the ingredients needed to complete each roll such as the prepping the eel, cleaning of raw salmon. I will delete the app now.
